By using SpinMyDaily you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

What SpinMyDaily is

SpinMyDaily is a free online tool that helps teams randomize the speaking order in daily standup meetings. It provides a name picker wheel, per-person timers, and team statistics.

Your use

• You may use SpinMyDaily for personal or commercial purposes (e.g., work standups).
• You must not use the service to harass, abuse, or harm others.
• You must not attempt to disrupt the service, reverse-engineer it, or access other users' rooms without authorization.

Rooms and data

Rooms are identified by a unique link. Anyone who has the link can join the room. You are responsible for sharing room links only with intended participants. We are not responsible for unauthorized access if you share your room link publicly.

No warranty

SpinMyDaily is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be available at all times or free of errors. The randomization is based on JavaScript's built-in random number generator and is not suitable for cryptographic or high-stakes decision-making.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SpinMyDaily and its creators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

Ads

SpinMyDaily displays advertisements through third-party networks. Ad content is controlled by those networks, not by us. By using SpinMyDaily, you acknowledge that ads may be shown.

Changes

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
